Jamboree 2016: Exhibitor Spotlight - International Association of Jewish Genealogical Studies (IAJGS)

The International Association of Jewish Genealogical Societies (IAJGS) is a network of societies providing resources to those engaged in Jewish genealogical research. Whether you are Jewish, researching roots for someone who has Jewish ancestry, or think you may have Jewish ancestors, we can help.

Jewish Genealogical Societies - You can find a Jewish Genealogical Society near you or in your research area of interest.  The IAJGS Annual Conference - The IAJGS holds the premiere annual conference on Jewish genealogy. Video streaming of conference sessions is also available. Future conferences will be held in Seattle (2016).

IAJGS International Jewish Cemetery Project - This unique research resource provides documentation on nearly every Jewish burial site in the world.

Protecting Public Records Access - The IAJGS keeps you informed about new legislation and regulations that may threaten access to genealogical records.

Recognition - The IAJGS annually presents awards to individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to Jewish genealogy.
