Kenyatta D. Berry, Esq. is a co-host and genealogist on Genealogy Roadshow (PBS). A native of Detroit, Ms. Berry began her genealogical journey while in law school and studying at the State Library of Michigan in Lansing. Having accumulated more than fifteen years of experience in genealogy research and writing, she is on the Council of the Corporation for the New England Historic Genealogical Society (NEHGS) and has appeared on many radio and TV programs. A frequent lecturer and writing, her focus is on African American, Slave Ancestral Research and DNA.
