Jamboree 2016 Speaker Spotlight: Peter McCracken

Peter McCracken is the publisher of ShipIndex.org, a site that helps people do research on specific ships. He holds a Masters in Library Science and a Masters in Maritime History. He was a reference librarian at East Carolina University and the University of Washington before co-founding Serials Solutions, a company that helps libraries manage electronic resources, in 2000. He has written a quarterly column about “Maritime History on the Internet” in Sea History magazine for the past ten years.
