Jamboree 2016: Hands-On Workshops Sunday, June 5

Special in-depth workshops on SUNDAY!  That's right...we've extended the workshop bonanza and you get the benefit of  two specialized, unique sessions designed to help you use technology more effectively, efficiently, and creatively to further your research and share the results!
Seating is limited, and admission requires additional registration and workshop fees. These special workshops are open only to registrants of DNA Day and/or to those who are registered for at least one day at Jamboree. Please note that these Sunday workshops are scheduled to occur concurrently with Jamboree sessions.

SU‐A   Five Computer Programs to Simplify the Life of a Genealogist with L.A. (Butch) Hibben, CLA
Learn about five programs that will allow you to use your computer more efficiently and with less fear. Laptops are required for this workshop.  This class is designed for use with PCs, not Macs. Limited to 35 participants. Level: All.

SU‐B   Easily Create a Video of Your Family Research to Share with Family with Dr. Jan Joyce Ahrens
This class describes and demonstrates how to easily create a video of your family history that can be shared with family. Showing them documents is considered dull. Make your history come to life with a dynamic and interesting video. Laptops are optional in this workshop.  Limited to 35 participants. Level: All.
