Jamboree and SCGS Mourn the Loss of Pamela Weisberger

We post this message with heavy hearts.

The entire genealogical community was stunned to learn of the sudden passing of Pamela Weisberger,  professional genealogist and international speaker, first vice-president of the Jewish Genealogical Society of Los Angeles and president of Gesher Galicia on Friday, September 25, 2015 in Santa Monica, California.  

Pamela was a well-respected and popular speaker who spoke at many genealogy and family history conferences, including Jamboree 2015 in June.  

The Southern California Genealogical Society and the Jamboree Committee extends our sincere condolences to Pamela's family, friends, and colleagues.
