Please join us for this FREE webinar sponsored by the Southern California Genealogical Society.

World War I draft registration cards contain valuable imbedded pieces of information that can become leads in solving some genealogical roadblocks for researchers.

A national lecturer with more than 27 years overall research experience including all the major U.S. repositories, Tim Pinnick is author of "Finding and Using African American Newspapers" released May, 2008. He is a former board member of APG and FGS and instructor in the African American track at the summer Institute of Genealogy and Historical Research.

A goal of the Southern California Genealogical Society is to provide educational opportunities to genealogists and family history enthusiasts everywhere. The Jamboree Extension Webinar Series helps provide those opportunities.

The initial webcast of each session is offered to the public free of charge. Webinars are archived and available only to SCGS members as a benefit of membership in the society. The webinar archive can be found at http://www.scgsgenealogy.com/webinar/archive-index.html. Webinars are available about a week after the session closes.
