ABOUT TODAY'S WEBINAR
This session will discuss intestate probate cases, how heirs-at-law are determined, what records are generated and how to learn about and interpret state statute in light of your ancestor's records.

Our speaker, Michael John Neill, has actively researched his own genealogy for nearly thirty years, writes 'Genealogy Tip of the Day' and 'Casefile Clues.' He has lectured nationally on a wide variety of genealogy-related topics.
